Meet the Providers

Dr. Kara Barlow, M.D., FAAP

Dr. Kara Barlow joined Pediatric Associates of Johns Creek, P.C. in July 2019. A native of Suwanee, Georgia, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, earning honors degrees in both Biology and Psychology.

​

She went on to receive her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville, where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society in recognition of her compassionate care. Dr. Barlow completed her pediatric residency at Palmetto Health Children’s Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.

​

Board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Barlow is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate care to children of all ages.

​

DR. Barlow resides in Cumming with her husband and daughter. Outside of medicine, Dr. Barlow enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, figure skating, traveling, reading, and cheering on her alma mater—Go Dawgs!

​

Dr. Aaron Worth, M.D., FAAP

Dr. Aaron Worth joined Pediatric Associates of Johns Creek, P.C. in July 2020. Originally from Alpharetta, Georgia, he earned his undergraduate degrees in Biology and Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of Georgia.

He received his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at the Children’s Hospital of Georgia at Augusta University (formerly the Medical College of Georgia).

Dr. Worth is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric care with a focus on preventive medicine and family-centered support.

​

Dr. Worth resides in Suwanee with his wife, Megan, and their twin boys, Hudson and Mason. In his free time, he enjoys reading, traveling, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs—Go Dawgs!

Dr. Amy Ko, D.O., FAAP

Dr. Amy Ko joined Pediatric Associates of Johns Creek, P.C. in August 2025. Fluent in both Korean and English, she is originally from Demarest, New Jersey. Dr. Ko completed her undergraduate studies at Wellesley College in Massachusetts, where she majored in Biology. Following graduation, Dr. Ko spent two years engaged in hematologic research as a laboratory technician and volunteered at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she discovered her passion for pediatrics.

She went on to earn her medical degree from the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Baylor College of Medicine.

Dr. Ko now resides in Cumming with her husband and their three energetic cats. Outside of her medical practice, she enjoys running, reading, cooking, trying new restaurants, and watching movies.

Qadara Beyah, MSN, CPNP-PC

Nurse Practitioner, Qadara Beyah, joined the practice in November 2024. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2015 and went on to spend five years as a postpartum nurse at Northside Hospital in Atlanta, where she developed a deep passion for supporting families during the earliest stages of parenthood.

 

Motivated by her commitment to family centered care, she pursued advanced training and completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Pediatric Primary Care at the University of South Alabama in 2020. Qadara is currently working toward her Doctorate, further expanding her ability to provide comprehensive, evidence based pediatric care. She received her Certified Lactation Specialist credential in 2025, strengthening her dedication to guiding families through feeding, newborn care, and the transition into parenthood.


NP Beyah is available for well and sick care for new and established patients and provides specialized lactation consultations for new mothers as a certified lactation specialist.
