Vaccine Policy

At Pediatric Associates of Johns Creek, we are deeply committed to protecting your child’s health through timely vaccination. Therefore, we require all patients to follow the immunization schedule recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

· Infants & Toddlers will receive all age-appropriate recommended vaccines and booster doses by 2 years of age.

· Children will receive further routine vaccinations by the time they are 6 years old.

· Preteens will be up to date on their 11–12-year-old vaccinations by age 13.

· Teens will receive their 16-year vaccinations before their 17th birthday.
