Dr. Kara Barlow joined Pediatric Associates of Johns Creek, P.C. in July 2019.  After growing up in Suwanee, Georgia, she completed her undergraduate training at the University of Georgia where she received degrees in Biology and Psychology with honors.  Dr. Barlow obtained her medical degree at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville where she was a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society.  She completed her pediatric residency at Palmetto Health Children's Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina.  She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics.  She is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate care to children of all ages.

Dr. Bartow resides in Cumming with her husband and daughter.  Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, and cheering on her alma mater--Go Dawgs!
